With over 40 years of experience in the development of necessity-centric retail Necess-tail  properties, Mr. Rostamian brings a unique set of skills to his position as President. In this capacity, he provides leadership and oversight for sourcing of opportunities, financing, and execution of projects.

In recent years, he has gained recognition for promoting Zero Emission Fueling as an emerging necessity. To that end, HRI is leading the charge in promoting the Fueling Stations of the Future.

Prior to inception of HRI Development, Mr. Rostamian served as President at Strategic Development Advisors since 2006. His preceding engagements include affiliation with CB Richard Ellis, leading a team of professionals who provided a wide range of services to owners and developers of shopping centers. During his tenure at CBRE and SDA, he played a key role in facilitating successful store development programs for Target and JCPenney, McDonald’s, Starbucks and other national brands in several counties throughout Southern California. Mr. Rostamian holds an MBA from Suffolk University with emphasis in Finance.
